Our bacon is done the traditional way, with a dry rub and no added water. It is then put in the cooler and turned every day for a week ensuring that it is completely pickled. After a week it is then hung in the smoke house and left to dry overnight then smoked with manuka. After being rolled it is then sent into the cooler to set and dry out further.

Our bacon range comes in Shoulder, Loin and Streaky belly bacon. It's great to cook because it doesn't spit or reduce in size as there is no water added. It is one of our most popular products.
